DELIVERY

Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the carrier's link.

How long does delivery take?
Between 12 and 25 working days in total (processing + shipping). This period may vary depending on your destination and the supplier.

Is delivery free?
Yes, for Reunion Island. For mainland France, fees are calculated at the time of order. For international shipping, from €17.00.

My package has not arrived, what should I do?
Contact us at contact@booticedennior.com. If the delay exceeds 30 days after shipment, you can request cancellation and a full refund.

I am receiving multiple packages, is this normal?
Yes, if your order contains products from different suppliers, they may arrive separately, each with its own tracking number.

Can customs fees apply?
Only for deliveries outside the European Union. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change my address after ordering?
